These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by ProCare Building Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and your access to our website at [www.procarebuildingsolutions.com] (“Site”). By using our Site or engaging our contractor services, you agree to these Terms.

We offer contracting and related services, including but not limited to:

• On-site consultations and estimates
• Repairs, maintenance, and installation

The scope of services for each project will be detailed in a written estimate or work agreement.

Estimates provided are based on available information at the time and may be subject to change if conditions or scope change. Final pricing will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in US Dollars and may be subject to taxes or fees required by law.

• A deposit may be required prior to the start of work.
• Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment via check, ACH transfer credit card (a fee will apply)
• Late payments may incur interest or collection fees.
   

You agree to:

• Provide access to the property at agreed times
• Ensure the site is ready for work to begin (e.g., cleared, safe)
• Obtain any necessary permissions, permits, or approvals not handled by us

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may delay the project or result in additional charges.

Requests to change the scope of work must be made in writing and may affect pricing or completion time. We reserve the right to adjust estimates or timelines accordingly.

You may cancel a project prior to the start date. Depending on timing and materials ordered, cancellation fees may apply. Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the status of the project.

We stand by the quality of our work and offer warranties as specified in your service agreement. Warranty periods and coverage vary by service and materials.

Workmanship issues must be reported within 1 month of project completion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays caused by third parties, weather, or force majeure
• Property conditions not disclosed prior to the project

Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of ProCare Building Solutions or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time due to non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or other breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Kentucky.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or website indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
